Aayyee Coffee was founded with one goal: to bridge the gap between Ethiopian coffee farmers and North American buyers. With deep roots in Ethiopia and operational presence in the U.S., we deliver quality, consistency, and cultural connection in every shipment. At the heart of our business lies a commitment to the land and farmers of Ethiopia. Each bean we import tells a story of altitude, soil, processing, and tradition. We supply washed and natural process coffees from:

• Yirgacheffe — Known for floral notes, citrus acidity, and elegant body.
• Guji — Fruity, complex, often with stone fruit and spice tones.
• Sidamo — Bright and balanced, ideal for espresso and pour-over profiles.
